About Holi Health
At Holi Health, we work with people experiencing chronic pain, using an approach that goes beyond conventional physiotherapy. As chronic pain isn’t simply about the physical injury but involves how the brain processes pain signals, in our sessions, we focus on retraining the brain to interpret these signals differently, helping to ease persistent pain and improve quality of life. This targeted approach is ideal for those who’ve tried standard treatments without relief, as pain gets addressed from the root in both the body and mind.
Instead of looking at the body alone, a Holistic (or whole-person) approach also takes into consideration the following:
- physical activity and function
- lifestyle, diet, sleep and rest
- science about the mind-body connection (your emotions, thoughts, beliefs, etc.)
- the deeper meaning of pain and the surrounding personal story
- your relationship with other people, your environment and your life purpose
All of the above can play a role in retraining your nervous system and reducing or eliminating your chronic pain.
Holi Health works closely together with local specialists if required.
It is not just about the body, it is not just about the brain - it is about everything. Target everything, and take back your life.

About Siel Vandeputte
On multiple occasions, I almost walked away from the profession, feeling helpless to make a difference for patients with persistent pain. But, thankfully, recent science shows us there is a way to move beyond your pain.
I am grateful for the neuroscientists making these discoveries for us; for being in a profession where I can share this knowledge, and for witnessing the regained hope in chronic pain sufferers’ eyes. Acute pain in life is inevitable, chronic pain is not. I look forward to educating and guiding you on your journey, so you can eventually take back control over your pain and health.
With 10+ years of experience, I have worked in various settings, including private practice, sports teams, community and aged care. Over the years, I developed a growing passion for helping people with chronic pain. Having recovered from chronic pain myself, I understand the importance of providing patient-specific treatment with a holistic approach.
When I’m not at the office, I’m looking for waves, hiking through the mountains, practicing yoga, or unwinding at home with a good book and life’s simple pleasures.
